Share your Powered by Orange story

Students are powered by orange

On March 31, 87 students stopped by to share their stories.

87 students recently stopped by our booth in the MU to share what Powered by Orange means to them. Whether it’s being an active member of the community or being true to your individuality, the definitions of PBO are as diverse and dynamic as the amazing students who comprise the heart of the Oregon State community.

OSU students possess the confidence to be the next leaders in sustainability, to move on to roles and careers that will make a difference in the world, and to take advantage of everything a world class research institution has to offer.

In the coming weeks, you’ll be seeing the faces and stories of these students going up on posters all over campus. We’ll edit down hours of video footage so that you can hear their commitment to making a difference in their own voices.

And while each of our subjects has an awesome story to share, we didn’t screen applicants or hand pick them from a pool of nominees…we found them passing through the MU on a Wednesday afternoon, and we recruited them on our social networks.

This just confirms for us the fact that there are thousands more Powered by Orange stories to share. So what are you waiting for? Post your PBO tale in the comments area of this blog post, and tell the world what makes you Powered by Orange.
