Being #HealthyPeople

There are numerous ways to show you are powered by orange. Tell us how you  live a healthy life or how you might help others with their goals. You can use the Twitter tag #HealthyPeople, post on our Facebook page or simply comment below. From small individual efforts to major community projects we want to hear what you are doing. You can also get our free downloads to  dress up your home and office spaces.

One of the most important things you can do is simply talk to your friends and family. We gathered a list of real world examples where OSU people are out trying to make the world a better place. These are great for conversations at the dinner table, on the bus, around the office or when you are bragging about your school.

The Faculty/Staff Fitness program has been instrumental to me as I regained my health. I have lost over 100 pounds since joining the program three years ago. In my opinion, this program is the best resource to becoming a healthy person that is offered by the university to its employees.
